1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
2) Purchases, Pricing & Billing
Prices, features, and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes may apply.
When you submit a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown, including taxes and fees.
If a charge is declined, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
3) Subscriptions, Trials & Renewal (if applicable)
Some Services may be offered as recurring subscriptions. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled.
Free trials (if any) convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless you cancel before renewal.
You can cancel at any time via the account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we generally do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law.
4) Digital Products & Access
Many of our offerings are digital (e.g., downloads, online programs, templates). Delivery is usually via instant access links or email.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. Unless expressly permitted, you may not share, resell, distribute, or make available our content to third parties.
5) Refunds
Unless a specific product page or offer states otherwise, all sales of digital products are final.
If a product is materially defective or inaccessible, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to fix the issue or, if we cannot, we may issue a refund at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
6) User Content & Feedback
If you submit content (e.g., comments, testimonials, assignments, messages), you represent that you own or have permission to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
You grant Enalor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for operating and improving the Services and, where you have given explicit consent, for marketing (e.g., publishing a testimonial).
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
